Tap water running dawn dish soap

The most effective ingredients for cleaning any natural stone or engineered stone surface are…wait for it… mild dish detergent and water!

Soap and water you ask?  You mean the variety with bleach so it’s really clean?

No.  Actually, harsh chemicals are not good for any countertop surface.  They will eventually cause the countertop’s sheen to fade and can leave unsightly streaks on the surface.   Chemicals are harsh and eventually break down the surface of quartz, granite, marble, tile, and many other surfaces.  So, the more mild the product, the better off your stone (and skin) will be.

Summary: Clean your countertops while washing your dishes.  A soft sponge, mild dish soap, and warm water are readily available and perfect for effectively cleaning your countertops.
